By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the below, please do not use this service.

1. DEFINITIONS
    1.1. In these Terms of Business the following definitions apply:

  • “Client” means the person; firm or corporate body who is using the services of B2BLeadsAdda

  • “Agency” means B2B LeadsAdda., 1-B (12), Ground Floor, Saroagi Estate, L.B.S Marg, Kanjurmarg (West),
    Mumbai-400078

  • “Fees” includes the fees that the Client will be paying to Agency.

2. THE CONTRACT

  • These Terms constitute the contract between the Agency and the Client.

  • These terms contain the entire agreement between the parties and unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Director of the Agency, these Terms of Business prevail over any other terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.

  • No variation or alteration to these Terms shall be valid unless the details of such variation are agreed between the Agency and the Client and are set out in writing and a copy of the varied terms is  given to the Client stating the date on or after which such varied terms shall apply.

3. NOTIFICATION AND FEES
    3.1 The Client agrees:

  • To pay full fees in advance.

  • For clients residing in the UK, fees have to be paid with an addition of 20% VAT.

4. MODE OF PAYMENT:
    4.1 Client can make payment using any of the below options:

  • Cash Payment

  • Online Transfer (RTGS/IMPS)

  • Cheque

  • Paypal.

5. Return Policy:
    Leads can only be replaced within 3 days of delivery and subject to policies.
    5.1 Definition of Invalid:-

  • If there is no requirement of product to the lead.

  • If the lead is not interested.

  • If the data regarding the lead is Incorrect

  • If the lead had already booked before the date of data delivery.

6.1 GLRP (Genuine Lead Return Policy):
    This is applicable only for an exclusive package:

  • If the leads provided are too far in distance from the range of booking.

  • If there is any problem or issue relating to the budget.

  • If the lead had taken a profile but didn’t respond or utilize it.

  • In such scenario B2B LeadsAdda will be purchasing those leads back and giving you in return, 25% of each lead as a new lead with a ratio of 4:1. It means we will be giving you 1 new lead against 4 leads returned.

  • There will only be a lead adjustment and no refund of fees in monetary terms.

  • No money will be refundable.

  • Once the leads are returned you cannot contact those leads again directly OR indirectly.

  • Replacement lead will be provided within 7-10 working days.
